Machining Capability: State of the art machining facility with CNC machining, milling, shaping, broaching, spline rolling, internal and external grinding, gear tooth grinding with accuracy DIN 4-5 in profile & DIN 3-4 in lead
Heat Treatment Capability: Seal Quench Furnaces for Gas carburizing, Carbonitriding and Hardening. Liquid Nitriding. Gas Nitriding, Furnace heat treat (hardening & tempering), Induction hardening (scanning & single shot).
Various Surface Treatment Capability: Thermal spraying (Molycote), PTFE Coating, Sn Coating & shot peening
Measurement & Testing Labs: Our facilities are supported by state of the art Metrology and Metallurgical labs
CAD/CAM: Design and development capability includes use of Pro_E, CATIA, UNIGRAPHICS
